Archive for December 13th, 2008The season is into the playoffs for most of you. I’m betting many of you are fretting over who to start with Barber hurting and TO crying. Here’s a look at this week’s Starts and Benches.
QB - Seneca Wallace .
QB - Matt Ryan Ok, not a phenominal week but any week over .500 (9-7) is worth keeping. I got off to a bit of a rough start but Sunday afternoon helped pull me ahead. Week 14 brought my season totals to 111-94-4. Looking at Week 15, we have had a push already. I seem to like a whole bunch of home teams this week! ATL (-3) vs. TB CIN (+6.5) vs. WAS TEN (-3) @ HOU CAR (-7.5) vs. DEN IND (-17) vs. DET JAX (+2.5) vs. GB SD (-5) @ KC BUF (+7) @ NYJ STL (+3) vs. SEA MIA (-6.5) vs. SF ARI (-3) vs. MIN BAL (-2) vs. PIT OAK (+7) vs. NE NYG (+3) @ NYG CLE (+14) vs. PHI

As some head into the playoffs, many of you need to find a diamond in the rough to fill in a key spot. Here’s my top recommendations at each position. 1. RB Tashard Choice - Very hard to believe he is steppin’ up. 2. WR Deion Branch - Seems to have connection with Seneca! 3. QB Wallace - He’s got low expectations and easy schedule! 4. TE LJ Smith - Showing some signs of life plus easier schedule! 5. K David Akers - Should get many attempts in next few weeks! 6. DST Indianapolis - Play terrible DET team this week! |

Ok, back on track with an easy Indy win. This week seems very easy as well. If you can take Indy again, I would. If not, my pick of the week is Philadelphia. They may not cover the spread but they just need the game so much more than Cleveland. And playing at home really helps too! Be wary of TEN at HOU and NE at OAK. They feel very icky as my 2 year old says.
